It was wonderful to be met by an English speaking driver (from Montreal no less!) at the airport after a 22 hour flight from Canada especially since our plane was late and our baggage was lost. He very patiently waited for us outside the baggage area, while we reported our lost luggage (30 minutes) even though we didn’t come out to find him during that time. We were transported directly to the door of our suburban hotel, and the price paid was exactly as quoted from our email request. I would recommend this service and use them again.

We used Taxi Limo Chania from the airport to Old Town and back to the airport at end of our stay. The most important 5ing was they were waiting both times we used. The drivers were courteous and knowledgeable. The cars were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, from the point of online booking to the point of departure. Driver was waiting at the arrival hall, and helped with the luggage. Our party of 10 people all got water bottles (really nice gesture) and in the minivan there were booster seats for our youngest travellers. The ride to the hotel was really smooth. And when the time of departure came, same driver picked us up from the hotel at agreed time (and we all got water bottles again :)).

The taxi driver was waiting for me at the airport when I got there. He was very nice and helped me with my luggage. The ride to the city was quick and smooth. He gave me recommendations on where to have the best souvlaki in town. All in all, I was happy with the services provided.

Taxi waited as as agreed and everything went smooth. Car was fresh and pretty new, no complaints. Why take the charter bus when you can have a private taxi for the same price?
